Solution:
We partnered with Sandals Resorts to design and deliver Voila, a high-quality, world-class family entertainment program for their largest resort in Turks & Caicos, catering to approximately 3,000 guests on-site.
Our approach combined immersive storytelling with stunning visual design, elevating the resort’s entertainment offerings to an international standard. Each of the four original shows blended live performances, acrobatics, and physical theatre to create unforgettable guest experiences.
In addition, we redesigned the resort’s main stage, enhancing its technical capabilities with upgraded lighting, sound, special effects, and automation—ensuring an immersive and high-impact theatrical experience.
To complement the stage shows, Voila also featured a vibrant Caribbean parade and an engaging welcome party, giving guests interactive moments that enriched their vacation experience.
Impact:
The Voila entertainment package became a tremendous success, boosting guest satisfaction, increasing returning visitors, and reinforcing Sandals’ reputation for delivering exceptional vacation experiences. The investment in high-quality entertainment directly supported marketing, sales, and the overall Beaches Turks & Caicos brand—positioning the resort as a leading family destination in the Caribbean.
