Solution:

We were engaged to conceptualize and create Journey, an extraordinary F&B experience designed to transport guests through iconic destinations using immersive storytelling and sensory engagement.

The experience combined tangible elements like rustic wooden tables with extravagant details such as chandeliers, offering a rich contrast that balanced comfort with elegance. A central feature was a cyclonic projection dome, which created cinematic visual transitions — moving guests from the fields of Tuscany to the shores of Provence or the Greek Islands.

Innovative touches included a faux well enhanced with water effects and projection mapping, as well as unexpected moments such as grass growing from the floor, unique soundscapes, and curated scent experiences to evoke distant landscapes. Staff were uniquely integrated as actors, musicians, and dancers, delivering authentic and surprising moments throughout the dining journey.

Journey became a transformative dining experience concept that blended gastronomy, art, and immersive storytelling — captivating guests with its rich sensory layers. By merging cultural narratives with innovative design, the project set a new benchmark for immersive hospitality experiences in Singapore’s competitive F&B scene.
